Kempt IT Services was founded by Terence Kemp and has supported nonprofits in the DC metro area for 14 years. In that time we've handled just about everything a small organization's technology can throw at you - failed servers on grant deadline week, email migrations, databases held together by one person's memory.
We're deliberately small. When you call, you talk to the person who does the work and makes the decisions. There's no ticket queue bouncing between contractors and no account manager translating between you and a technician.
